From China to Ireland, from Poland to Peru, from Canada to France, from Ukraine to Italy etc… ‘Les Voyageurs’ travel one of the beauties of Humanity: Music. You see, all cultures, all traditions, all ways of seeing life usually come with a strong musical background, like a a window to the soul of the people.
This is what Isabelle (accordionist) and Edouard (guitarist) explore for you by adapting music pieces of all origins to their instruments, and make you sing, dance and feel like those that lived with that music.
Isabelle…
… has been an accordionist for more than thirty years and loves all world musics. Her favorites are Celtic music (especially from her home land, Breton, dubbed with a strong liking for Irish Jigs).
She is also attracted to electronic music. Such a diversity allows Isabelle to adjust easily to new music genres, and thus explore other cultures via their musical achievements.
Edouard…
…has been a guitarist for almost as long. He has played in various bands in a wide variety of styles ranging from jazz to metal, funk, pop-rock and alternative rock. He is also a music producer in very eclectic styles. He has a personal predilection for Latin-electro styles and goa-trance.
Edouard has traveled around the world, and lived for years in foreign cultures. he was always strongly attracted by the local music, and has been impregnated by these experiences. With Isabelle, and through the music of “Les Voyageurs”, he tries to make others live how the joys of life can be felt elsewhere.
Isabelle and Edouard have decided to blend their unique and rich musical experience and travel a world of music. Join them, you are invited!
